  They were very thorough and it was very evident the difference their cleaning made throughout the house. Mari checked with me about the floor products she was going to use first before she started. Since I have wood floors, I appreciated her letting me know before she started. I would definitely like to have them come back again in a month or so.

  I do not like to give negative reviews. I even waited to ensure there was time and space between. This occurred on June 1, 2021. We relocated from Maryland and requested a move in clean for a rental while our home is being built. The townhome was vacant for the clean. Our discussions over the phone prior to the clean and after seemed professional. But simply stated, it was not clean. I was not present while and probably should have been, but I did not expect to have to monitor. See the photos for what it looked like after, had I take before photos they would have been very close to identical. I was promised a partial refund on June 3rd- to date it has not been received.

  I purchased a deep clean for my large 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was spotless and cleaned above standard. There wasn’t an overpowering smell of chemicals, just smelled very clean. They did fantastic.

  Actually all the above items apply to the team.. They were all professional, efficient and friendly!! I have rescheduled them to help us on a regular basis.

  They did well cleaning, However one of their staff broke several items in my home. They never mentioned it in the invoice and completely ghosted me on communication.

  Bathroom….clean everything. If something is on the floor pick up and cleaner under before you put it back. Check everything to make sure it is clean and perhaps even even sparkle. Smell, clean.
